what is T.E.L.L. new england? t.e.l.l. stands for “the essence of living locally.” it is a quarterly digital publication that expresses a unified love for new england through photography and story telling. it’s an ode to new england, it’s people and it’s stories.

many of my recipes have also been featured on platejoy, a site centered around healthy eating for busy people. two of those recipes are this mocha chia seed pudding and my kale & bean salad.
